The Williams Institute has issued a report saying that over 27% of LGB employees have faced workplace harassment, and almost 75% of LGB go back into the closet to work. The stats are even worse for transgender employees, with 78% of them having faced workplace harassment. Good thing Texas has gender and sexual orientation non-discrimination laws.
